- We normally process your order within 24-48 hours and ship by U. S. Postal Service. Most items are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation.

Warranties and Return Policies
- All our merchandise is guaranteed for a 30-day period. If you receive an item that is damaged, we will also refund the shipping charges. We will gladly exchange your item or refund the purchase price, and a Return Slip is enclosed with your order for your convenience.
- You may receive credit either through a refund check in the mail or reverse charges on your credit card. You would need to fill out the Colored Sheet Return Slip enclosed with your order with the required information, so that we can complete this.
- You can pay for your wedding jewelry purchases through this website by using American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Paypal payments. You may place an order and pay with a check or money order-Casher's check by sending your order to WeddingSparkles.com, 24073 Morella Circle, Murrieta CA 92562. Please be sure to include the item number(s) and item name that you would like to order, as well as a complete shipping address. Make checks payable to WeddingSparkles.com. Orders may be held for 10-14 days for payments to clear. A $20 fee will be charged on all checks returned for collection.
